Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “Vendor”) and Zalux Care (https://zaluxcare.com), concerning your access to and use of our multi-vendor marketplace platform.

Marketplace Model

Zalux Care facilitates trade by connecting buyers with independent registered vendors across Pakistan. Each seller manages their own product catalog, inventory, and order fulfillment under marketplace quality standards.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.).
• Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer.
• Zalux Care reserves the right to cancel orders arising from typographical errors, inaccurate stock levels, or security red flags.

Vendor Obligations

• Sellers must guarantee the authenticity and condition of products listed.
• Vendors agree to standard marketplace commissions (5% + Rs. 10 per sale) and timely fulfillment.
• Selling counterfeit, expired, or prohibited items will lead to permanent vendor suspension and forfeiture of payouts.

Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are handled by verified courier partners nationwide. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
